CandyWorx provided a complete refurbishment of an old fondant beater that included a new 304 stainless steel portable, unitized frame, motor and VFD.

Project Highlights

• Beater and frame are sanitary stainless steel with sanitary welded construction and heavy duty lockable castors
• Beater bars between each blade for maximum processing ability
• Special adjustable discharge door with hinged mechanical adjustment
• VFD mounted on the frame
• Complete processing skid includes the addition of the frame mounted control and variable minor ingredient dosing system
• Two 1.5 gallon 304 SS holding vessels with cover, fittings, level gauge
• Two dosing pumps with manual mechanical turndown to meet 1-5% of process rate
