CandyWorx recently completed a new belt coater system, that included a batch tank, piping, two belt coaters, and conveyors. Our customer loads each belt coater with their desired centers and using a custom air-atomizing sprayer and load cell system, the centers are coated with a precise amount of non-sugar coating. A PLC with multiple HMIs control the entire process for minimal operator intervention.

This project was delivered as a skid system so minimal assembly and start-up was required on-site. Working closely with the customer to deliver this system allowed for high satisfaction from multiple cross-functional teams. For more information on Revolv Belt Coater systems, click here.
