This graphic shows a sample layout of the basic Cacao Cucina® equipment line, consisting of the RO-15 Roaster, Winn-15 Winnower, Nib Grinder, CM-10 Chocolate Maker, and TM-10 Batch Tempering Unit For this specific equipment configuration, we recommend approximately 1,100 to 1,300 s.f. of work space, with a separate working area for the storage and cleaning of raw cocoa beans.
